This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to strengthen Kenya’s healthcare system by developing integrated, sustainable, and accessible laboratory and health systems for HIV, TB, and related health threats. Building on past program successes and aligned with Kenya’s vision for Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets, the initiative focuses on delivering timely, high-quality diagnostic and treatment services for the general population, including people living with HIV/TB, aligning with PEPFAR’s global mission to combat HIV/AIDS and fostering achievable goals towards self-reliance.
