Promote Stability: Support regional efforts to counter illegal immigration and dismantle illicit networks, helping to create a safer hemisphere and protect U.S. borders. Strengthen U.S. Influence: Work with trusted partners to increase American influence with Salvadoran audiences and counter propaganda from malign actors. Create Opportunity: Strengthen economic ties by promoting fair trade, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Projects may also explore collaboration in science, technology, energy, cybersecurity, digital literacy, and other sectors with strong potential for growth and job creation. Inspire through Innovation: Highlight the achievements, creativity, and leadership of the American people for Salvadoran audiences. Programs that foster cultural exchange, education, and mutual understanding are encouraged.
