This funding opportunity seeks to accept applications from FY 2023 Harold Rogers PDMP awardees, 15 from Category 1 and 3 from Category 2, who received invitation letters with instructions on how to apply to this NOFO. The Harold Rogers PDMP strengthens states and territories’ ability to plan, implement, or enhance their PDMPs by accommodating local decision making based on state laws and preferences while encouraging the replication of promising practices. Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning the FY2023 Harold Rogers PDMP are able and eligible to apply.
