Perinatal outcomes in the US are poor, with a disproportionate impact on some populations due to factors such as race/ethnicity, geography, economic and disability status.[1] Perinatal Quality Collaboratives are established statewide networks working to improve the quality of maternal and infant care within healthcare facilities and systems, with the ultimate goal of reducing morbidity and mortality for all women and infants.
