Assistance Listings: 19.703 -- Criminal Justice Systems

Last Updated: December 4, 2024

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State seeks applications from qualified organizations to carry out a project to provide programmatic, logistical, travel, and administrative support to INL programming in Africa and the Middle East. The capacity-building program provides training and other relevant activities to appropriate participants with the overall goal of supporting the goals of the INL Functional Bureau Strategy. INL is especially interested in proposals that provide a plan for addressing the participation of persons with disabilities, including specific means, measures and corresponding targets. INL is dedicated to strengthening the rule of law and supporting civil society in building strong and resilient communities. INL plays a vital role in the development and synchronization of U.S. international anti-crime assistance.

The goal of this project is to deliver prompt and efficient programmatic, logistical, travel, and administrative services (including translation and interpretation) to support INL capacity building programs in Africa and the Middle East. The selected organization will work closely with designated project managers to determine implementation needs, arrange travel and coordinate training events in a timely and efficient manner.
