Dear Prospective Applicants:


The United States Agency for International Development in the Republic of South Sudan (USAID/South Sudan) is seeking applications for a cost reimbursement Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement the USAID Lifeline for Health. Eligibility for this award is not restricted.


USAID/South Sudan intends to fund the USAID Lifeline for Health to advance and sustain improved delivery of comprehensive HIV services for people living in South Sudan. This Activity will target the general populations in Juba, Terekeka, Bor South, Tambura and Nagero counties for comprehensive HIV prevention, testing, care, and treatment service delivery that are in the towns of Juba, Nimule, Yambio, Bor, Wau and Rumbek for key population services.
